Remote Assistance

We’re trying to improve our support here at MyDanceStore, so we’ve introduced remote assistance via TeamViewer, where we can assist in real time by sharing your computer with one of our customer service reps.

This allows us a one-off session to connect to your PC / Laptop, with you present, to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

By design, once you’re happy and the problem has been resolved, either of us can close the session and we will no longer be connected to your computer, and we won’t be able to connect again without your input.
